Terms of use

Valid from: 31 October 2026. Version 2.

These terms of use govern your use of the Oryven Group website. Please read them carefully, as they limit our liability. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Oryven Group, whose full details appear in the final section.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use this website. You accept them by ticking the box on the contact form and sending it. If you do not agree, please do not use the form. If you act for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

2. What this website is

This website gives general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial or business advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Nothing on it is a binding offer. A contract between us exists only once we have both agreed its scope and price in writing.

3. The free diagnostic

The free diagnostic is a conversation without obligation on either side. What we tell you there is our general opinion, based on what you tell us. You decide what to do with it and you remain responsible for that decision. We may decline any request without giving a reason.

4. No guarantees

We take care with this website, but it is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it is complete, up to date, free of errors, or always available. We do not guarantee any result from using it or from our services, such as more customers, more sales or a position in search results. We may change or remove the website, or any part of it, at any time.

5. Using the website properly

You agree not to:

We may ignore messages and block anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Our content

The text, designs, images, logos and code on this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view them for your own information. Anything further, such as copying, reusing or selling them, needs our written permission, except where the law allows it.

7. What you send us

You confirm that what you send us is accurate and that you may share it. Please do not send confidential information before we have agreed in writing how it will be protected. We use what you send to answer you, as our privacy policy explains.

8. Other websites

Links to other websites are for convenience only. We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for their content, services or how they handle your data.

9. Limits on our liability

This website and the free diagnostic are free of charge. For that reason, and to the fullest extent the law allows:

10. What these terms do not limit

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits anything the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. In particular:

11. Compensation by business users

If you act as a business and break these terms, you will compensate us for the loss and reasonable costs this causes, to the extent the law allows.

12. If you become a client

Paid work is governed by the written contract between us. If that contract differs from these terms, the contract applies.

13. Your privacy

The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. It is separate from these terms. Accepting these terms is not consent to any use of your data.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events we could not reasonably prevent or foresee, such as outages at our providers, cyber attacks, power cuts, illness or natural events.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date. The version valid when you sent your message applies to that message.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not give up the right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you act as a business, disputes go to the Czech court with jurisdiction at our registered address. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your home country and may also bring a claim there. Consumers can use out of court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).

18. Operator and contact details

This website is run by Adam Branný, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic and trading as Oryven Group. Oryven Group is a trading name and not a registered company.
